For 2024, Flaming Acres will host a Farmers Market & Car Show on Labor Day Monday September 2nd. Flaming Acres Farm will be kicking off Fall Harvest Festival Days, Labor Day weekend by opening all the activities such as the Corn Maze, Hayrides, Cow Train Rides, Giant Jumping Pillow, Pedal Karts, Tractor Tire Playground, Zip Line Swings, Farm Animal Petting Zoo & more!

All vendors will be asked to pay a $20 fee to participate in the Labor Day Farmers Market & Car Show at Flaming Acres for the 2024 season. This helps us with expenses associated with advertising. We would like to get commitments from all vendors before we open the farm for flower cutting season July 6th so we can list the Farmers Market Vendors on our website and promotional materials throughout the summer months.

• Registration is done online. Vendors may pay online using a credit card or send a check made payable to Flaming Enterprises LLC & mailing it to PO Box 84 Greenleaf, Idaho 83626.

• Check your SPAM folder if you do not see a response from us in a week. 

• The Farm will open its gates to the public at 11 am and close at 4 pm.

• Vendors need to be set up & ready by 10 am. Exiting and tear down may start right after the farm closes to the public at 4:00 pm.

• Vendors will be allowed space for trailers or 10’ by 10’ tents or trailers. Please bring weights for your tents. We do not have water or electricity to offer.

• The Cock A Doodle Brew & Flaming Acres Grill will be open with great food & drinks to enjoy.

• The last of the flowers of the season will be for sale as well as Flaming Acres merch.

• Visitors will be charged admission for the event since the entire farm will be open for the Fall Harvest Season. Vendors will be sent two FREE Admission Tickets to give to family & friends outside of those who are helping with the Farmers Market Vending a $20 Value.
