The Labor Day Event will kick off the Fall Harvest Festival Days season at Flaming Acres with a Car Show & Farmers Market, Live Music and all the farm activities open such as the Corn Mazes, Hayrides, Cow Train Rides, Giant Jumping Pillow, Pedal Karts, Tractor Tire Playground, Giant Straw Bale Maze, Target Shooting, Farm Animal Petting Zoo & more!

All vendors will be asked to pay a $20 fee to participate in the Labor Day Farmers Market & Car Show at Flaming Acres for the 2024 season. This helps us with expenses associated with advertising. Vendor registration deadline is August 20th!

Registration is done online. Check your SPAM folder if you do not see a response from us in a week. Vendors may pay online using a credit card or send a check made payable to Flaming Enterprises LLC & mailing it to PO Box 84 Greenleaf, Idaho 83626.

The Farm will open its gates to the public at 11 am and close at 4 pm.

Vendors need to be set up & ready by 10 am. Gates will open for vendors at 7 am. Exiting and tear down may start right after the farm closes to the public at 4 pm.

Vendors will be allowed space for trailers or 10’ by 10’ tents or trailers. Please bring weights for your tents. We do not have water or electricity to offer.

The Cock A Doodle Brew & Flaming Acres Grill will be open with great food & drinks to enjoy.

The last of the flowers of the season will be for sale as well as Flaming Acres merch.

All vendors will receive a wristband for themselves and their helpers. Family & friends who arrive after 10 am must pay for an admission ticket.

Visitors will be charged admission for the event since the entire farm will be open for the Fall Harvest Season. Vendor registration closes on August 20th. Vendors will be sent two FREE Admission Tickets to give to family & friends outside of those who are helping with the Farmers Market Vending a $20 Value
