SUMMER HOURS: Flaming Acres Farm will be open Saturdays & Sundays starting July 6th & 7th through the weekend of August 31st & September 1st, 

9 am-2 pm

FALL HOURS: Fall Harvest Festival Days in September & October Saturdays & Sundays

noon-6 pm

Summer visitors are invited to take a walk through the flower gardens groomed pathways, enjoy the animals, and beautiful blooming flowers. Families are encouraged to bring children to visit to enjoy the flowers and arts & crafts activities available.  Summer admission to the farm for Flower Cutting is FREE!  U-pick flowers are sold by the container size. Summer flower cutting visitor parking is on the east side of the farm in the park near the entrance. 

Fall visitors interested in u-pick flowers pay the Fall Harvest Festival Days admission fee at the gate, and for an additional $16 receive a 1/2 gallon u-pick container which is discounted 50% off the summer price.There are many flowers ready to harvest & enjoy all throughout September and into October, until the first frost.

Flaming Acres u-pick sunflower field and garden boasts 35 varieties of sunflowers, hundreds of lavender plants, dozens of varieties of zinnias, which includes Flaming Acres own unique color combinations created through cross pollinating of our last season flowers. In 2024 a field of 300 stunning varieties of Dahlias will be added to the array of beautiful flowers for visitors to enjoy. Dahlias will be in bloom in late summer & fall. Complimentary flowers such as Celosia, Yarrow, Dara, Snapdragon, Baby's Breath, Queen Ann's Lace and more are available for u-pick to throughout the season.

Flower cutting, drying and pressing supplies are available on the farm. Visitors may bring their own containers for a discount. Prices for u-pick bouquets may be found on the Flower Price Sheet. Photographers may pay a photographer pass fee to take photos during open hours or sign up for private photo shoots. Be sure to check out our photographer bookings page for details.
