Update October 12, 2022

It is hard to believe we are halfway through our first the Fall Harvest Festival season! We have had ups & downs, great joys & disappointing situations along the way but each week we continue to press forward and the enthusiasm for what we are doing at Flaming Acres Farm continues to grow as the word is spreading that there is a great place to visit in west

Caldwell. People have commented on how much they have enjoyed their strolls through the corn mazes. The pumpkin patch is loa

ded with a wonderful variety of pumpkins of all shapes, colors and sizes. We doubled the size of the hayride wagon potential this past week which was a good decision since the tractor never stopped! Our Flaming Acres Grill has been a hit. The burgers, hotdogs and fried onion are absolutely delicious as many of our guests would be quick to agree. We really enjoyed hosting a car show on Saturday October 8th & folks were able to vote on their favorite. The flashy purple 1929 Ford roadster, owned by Greg & Frankie Crook stole the show & won first place. We have some great things planned for this coming weekend with Glow in the Dark Maze Extravaganza kicking things off on Friday 10/14 at sunset. Saturday 10/15 is all things pumpkin day and the pumpkin patch is ready for harvesting with pumpkin pie being sold by the slice at the Flaming Acres Grill all day or until we run out of pie. Sunday we will have story time at the hay maze & will read the "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" at 3 pm & 5 pm with a special treat for kids who come to listen. We also have 25% discount for all kids ages 4-11 on Sunday 10/16 as well. It is so wonderful to have all of you come to the farm to celebrate the Fall Harvest Season with us...See you soon! Debbie
